It depends on your motives for using No Contact. If you want to get over your ex, try not to contact her. If you use No Contact to get her back, it is okay to call her as long as the contact is positive and helps you move closer to getting back together. You want to avoid a situation where you break no contact only to start again because when you do talk to her it is not about getting back together but about something else.

Umm i think this is happening for me and my ex But she is starting to try to contact me…. So this is where my decision kicks in eh? Get over her or get back with her…. Sigh =/ time to remember the reason it didnt wor out in the first place and see if it was smart or dumb decision

@williamleas I dont think i could go to her house after 30 days, what if some guy is there that would really hurt me. Anyway I just started the no contact thing, we broke up on the 1st after a series of major arguments all month. She said it was final, but she also said it was final the last time we broke up a year ago. Im going to continue doing the no contact and hopefully i can get over it and atleast make her miss me. Would be nice if she calls but i wont expect it.
Forget it man, I went to her house after 30 days and she never looked the same man…Don’t give up on N.C thow it helps you decide if you need THEM in your life.

That’s crazy, 2 ppl using the same rule will have to call each other at some point in time. I’m betting its the guy lol! I’m haveing a hell of a time with it but I really do feel better and better everyday!!! And yes I still Love her and forgive her .
